A very genuine review my brother something purchased some food items from them , so there is a some online payment issue and he only said pls do card payment he directly said no he said our charges of rs 4 will be cut in card payment so my brother said take extra Rs 4 also from card , so then he is using abusing language that we are not responsible or like that , as we don't say no we are giving then also he using very fraud language, my brother said do transaction with debit card in then also he using saying rubbish and poor things, go out of my shop etc etc , so the payment has been done but after that he is doing nonsense things and misbehaving. He is not having sense to talk to their customers . We are doing you the payment with any mode you have to accept not behave like this , and having too much attitude. His father is good but he is too much bad person. This I am talking about ahuja bakers that is located near lucky...

I placed an order with Ahuja Bakers near Lucky Book Depot via Zomato. To my frustration, the order was accepted and shown as “being prepared,” only for me to find out much later—on my own—that the items were actually out of stock. At no point did the restaurant take the initiative to inform me or cancel the order, leaving me and my guests in a very awkward and embarrassing situation.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such poor service from this establishment. The operations are mismanaged, communication is non-existent, and sadly, the owner’s attitude reflects a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.

I highly recommend ordering from Ahuja Sweets instead, which is far more reliable and professional. Avoid this third-rate place that calls itself a “bakery”—there is absolutely nothing sweet about...

we have purchased 3 hampers from their store and all 3 hampers we have given to our relatives and among 3 hampers 2 hampers product was expired

and the moment relative found the products are expired they destroyed the same and informed to us next day

we have transferred same information to ahuja bakers owner his response was give me products as proof after that i will decide

although we are purchasing hampers from ahuja bakers from last 2 years and and there are very few relative who really tells you about such expired products in hampers
