Absolutely Horrible Experience - Never Again! I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with my recent visit. I used to be a regular customer here, but after tonight's experience, I will never be coming back. The quality of the food was appalling. It was so bad that it literally made me sick, and I ended up vomiting. It's completely unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food that has such a terrible effect on a customer's health. To make matters worse, the service was non-existent. It was so atrocious that I had to get up and go outside just to get a glass of water. The staff was completely inattentive and showed no concern for the customers. As someone who used to frequent this place, I am shocked by how drastically the standards have fallen. The presentation left much to be desired; my Mocha had chocolate sauce settled at the bottom, which affected both the taste and overall enjoyment.
