Sky Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in Haryana

Sick owner and hideous management. This place hardly deserves a single star. So I went here with a friend hoping for some good music and ambience. However since there were a group of people who were the owner's known our experience was made horrible. There were extremely old 80/90s songs playing straight for three hours. Even after asking the manager to change the song atleast 4-5 times nothing happened. We even told them if this is a private party kindly you could have told us before we would have gone somewhere else. At the end when we spoke to the owner. He was extremely rude and misbehaved. I was appalled by this behaviour and did not wish to continue sitting there. I certainly hope no one goes to such a place where only the owner's friends are considered as customers and everyone else just given third class treatment. Now if you wish to be treated as third class people even at a restaurant after working hard an entire week and going out to chill for a weekend, then go ahead choose SkyLounge. But if you want good service and great ambience there are many more...

Food is very good. I was a regular customer to this bar since three years. But due to staff foolish behaviour I am very disappointed. Not recommend for family people or those who are with kids. Even though in family area customers are smoking which is harmful to kids. Requested sky bar staff/ waiter to ask other customer to not smoke in family area but received very foolish reply which was not expected. He replied that those cutomers are regular one so can’t stop them for smoking and asked me to change place with family. These foolish waiter worship only daily customers, they can’t understand family person feeling.

But still I will miss the food.

I will not recommend it because of the behavior of the owner. I went there with my friends and in the bill I asked then to remove the service charges. They removed it and put an additional surge charge which made the new bill more costlier than the one with service charges. I asked them how is it possible. The owner gave me some lame excuses. I paid the bill and asked him politely can we stay a bit longer there as our food were still remaining. He told us that he might have to ask us to leave if the other customers arrive. For them customers satisfaction is not a thing.

I will never ever go again there. They don’t know how to...
