Brother's Kulcha Hub — Restaurant in Haryana

We ordered food. We were made to stand next to the table allotted to us and none of the waiters attended us nor cleaned the table so that we can sit. On asking multiple times the waiter cleaned it. Once we placed the order the waiter came back and forced us to change the order sayiny what he said will be served quicker. Even that order didn't come quick he served it to others and made us wait. The floor was dirty and there was no cleanliness whatsoever. I think the good reviews are fake as I found the place unhygienic and not worthy of having food. I was there with my father, my wife and two kids. I don't know how the hell health department of tricity is even allowing them to serve food when they are no meeting the COVID guidelines. None of the staff was wearing mask. What taste is going to do if you are serving and service is so pathetic and you treat your customers as bags of garbage. I will never come back here again. You are a black spot on city beautiful...

Been going to this place for a long time. Used to love their food but as of late I have noticed some issues. Sanitation remains one the key problems. Today after traveling for quite a while I reched the place, noticed it was full so I placed my order to go, just a single kulcha, to my surprise which seemed impossible for them to fulfill. Just for that I had to wait almost 40 mins and the guy kept giving me the run around. I usually never had to wait for that simple of an order. They seemed too keen and focused on zomato orders than customers in front of them. Leaving that aside, considering this to be an isolated incident, I noticed they are not using butter instead using fat spread, which for me ruined all the love for this place. Despite that I had to argue with 3 different people to finally get my order, and that too was wrong. I don't think I'll be return to...

Today, I visited brother's kulcha hub for dinner..we ordered 2 aloo pyaaz kulcha and one onion garlic kulcha...n when I was having the food I found cockroach in my channa....and after that I didn't even eat I thought that it would be anardana or something else but when I took it out I saw that there was cockroach in my channa....and when we told the owner about it he was like we didn't receive any complaint till now...I mean instead of feeling sorry he was showing his dirty attitude one important remark:food inspection should be there for your shop because whenever we visit never ever I saw this place clean .....after waiting for atleast 20-25 mins then u also didn't receive order perfect then what to say one request: cook in hygienic place there was no cleanliness where they were cooking...guys please check ur food before having because u never know what...
