Utter Disappointment - Mediocre Food, Worst Service and Chaotic Atmosphere!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with high expectations, having heard decent reviews. However, what unfolded was an absolute disaster, and I was left embarrassed in front of my family and guests.

The service was shockingly incompetent, and the staff were rude, lazy, and confused beyond belief. There was zero coordination between servers—we placed the order first and these guys handed it to another table infront of us? audacious much? It took them over 30 minutes just to prepare basic dishes like chilly potatoes and hakka noodles. I was laughing in utter dismay they way servers were literally wandering around asking table to table if the food in their hands belonged to them! Are you serious?

The food itself was mediocre at best—I've had better from roadside stalls, which says a lot. For a place that supposedly has a “good name” this was nothing short of pathetic. There were hardly any customers on a Sunday evening, which should have been my first red flag, yet somehow, the staff couldn’t manage the handful of orders they had.

This was a distasteful experience from start to finish, and I am never stepping foot in this place again. No wonder the place is falling out of favor—it’s rude servers, horrible service, and subpar food are a recipe for disaster. Avoid this outlet at all costs. Save your time, money, and dignity.

Bittu Tikki Wala as the name indicates Tikki .This place is famous for its Tikkis . Today I go there and ordered Masala Dosa and famous Bittu Tikki.Masala dosa is just average , but I like the tikki ,only tikki is able to utilise my money . The ambience is nice ,sitting arrangements is good .the look and feel of this place is amazing. The only thing i did not like is the services of this restaurant. I would give Taste of the food -3.5/5 Ambience -4/5 Services -1/5 Only Self service if you want to order first go to the bill counter and oeder the items and take the bill and slip to the next counter and hand over the slip to the counter.And after sometime your order will be ready and you have to go to that counter and take your orders . If want to drink water you have to go to the water counter and drink the water. If self service doesn't bothers you than this place is good. And I recommend to go and eat...

No taste in food .... We ordered chole bhature and rava dosa. Bhature were looking artificial as if they are made of plastic. No softness like bhature as it should be. Rava dosa was not crispy at all. We already mentioned to the cook that the dosa should be crispy. Still it came out soggy and cold as if it was made one hour earlier. Chole were Ok ok type. A lot of improvement is required in terms of taste. Places like BTW, where we have self service. We have to give order on one counter, take the receipt and give it on the other Counter, then wait for the your turn to arrive and keep an eye on the counter if your order is ready or not. After so much of trail you do not have any energy left to give your feedback or ask for your preferences like crispiness. Totally a waste of all money you give at...
