Cafe Crew Brew — Restaurant in Haryana

I have always had amazing experience at this cafe until today when I asked about my bill I was told 917 however I must have heard it wrong and paid 970 which can happen with anyone , the moment I left and opened the bill I realised and came back and informed ms Khushboo jha that I paid 50/- extra if I can get it back no complaint made however ms Khushboo actually provoked me all of a sudden by quoting “ the way u didn’t hear even my staff didn’t hear properly not a big deal” which actually shocked me. I told her without even raising a complaint she shouldn’t be sarcastic towards customers and she started teaching me giving several examples at last I told her that u are very rude to which she said no other customer heard me saying anything to you so u can’t complaint that I am impolite. This was a shocking experience for me where in I have been in this cafe for atleast 1000 times. This is actually a second bad experience with me with the same lady even at that time I got my cinnamon coffee changed politely where she made a hot chocolate and served me telling me this is the coffee I ordered. I am really shocked that even if someone if asking for something relevant this is the behaviour of the staff. Staff is more aggressive than customers. I hope u have cameras installed to check...

I liked the place as the immediate location is nice and the ambience is very cozy. The food is above average nothing so great and all the menu items are not available all the time.

I go back there because it is very peaceful and a good place to hang out alone as well as meet up or chill with your friends. Also considering Faridabad doesn't have much of good places to hangout peacefully.

Ambience 4/5. Food 3.8/5. Staff behaviour 4.5/5....
