Worst experience of BK at Karnal haveli ordered through drive through had to wait for 45 mins for delivery. Unprofessional staff with no manners and no track of orders. In fact no one at Bk Karnal is aware what they are doing it’s totally mess. I believe franchise owner should close this and do something better in life rather than running this outlet also BK owners shall stop selling their franchises merely for margins and profits if their business partners can not deliver and provide services as expected. 45 mins wait for order through driver thru u can imagine the torture. Never ever go to this place it will ruin ur day and leave u helpless and frustrated. Best option is to avoid this place and look for something else be at peace and momentum.
