Hi, I have visited Coffee Nation for the first time. I ordered a double shot espresso and cappuccino. I got the coffee I wanted, the taste of the coffee beans was awesome. but I did not expect that I will get such a good espresso in Hisar and the biggest credit goes to the employee who made my coffee. I had not slept for 24 hours and due to some emergency I was in the hospital so I could not sleep there either, so I randomly chose Coffee Nation and went there. Great and hygiene place and ambiance which I wanted, good seating facilities. I want to come here again. Thanks to Coffee Nation for giving me great service. I am quite conscious in reducing food outside for my child due to health concern however Nitya gave me a personalised service by helping me to choose without compromising on my child health. Coffee is really nice! But their staff is terrible they don’t know how to treat their customer! Staff should be changed! Their billing system is pathetic! They don’t even tell their customers regarding any off and their billing criteria. If someone is sitting at the cafe then he or she has to order some item again ! There are some chances but they will cut print ur bill on the very frst order and on second thing they will charge extra taxes and charges and second thing is if someone took ur order once and if u will talk to another staff regarding order then they will try to fool you by saying mam u have ordered again that’s why the glitch is yours ! Rubbish service and staff ! Go and learn...
