Disappointing Service, Delivery Delays, Unfulfilled Prepaid Orders, and Refund Hassles

I had a terrible experience with Pizza Wings in Hisar. The service was extremely poor, and the delivery was unacceptably delayed. I placed my order expecting it to arrive within the promised time, but even after hours of waiting, it never showed up. Despite paying for my order in advance, it was never delivered.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the restaurant, they didn’t even pick up the phone. I called multiple times, and each time, there was no answer. The unresponsiveness was beyond frustrating, especially when dealing with a prepaid order that they completely failed to deliver.

The nightmare didn’t end there. The next day, I had to make several calls just to request a refund. The process was unnecessarily complicated, and the staff was uncooperative, making the whole situation even more stressful.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any restaurant. Cold, stale food, no delivery of prepaid orders, and terrible customer service—it’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from Pizza Wings again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or even a hassle-free...

Whenever we order pizza or other dishes, it's disappointing to see that they're overloaded with mayo and onions, while the actual main ingredient is barely there. For instance, in a paneer taco, you’ll find just two tiny pieces of paneer — the rest is just mayo and onions. There's not even a hint of cheese, which you'd normally expect in such dishes.

The same goes for pizzas. Most of the time, they either forget to include oregano and chili flakes, or just don’t bother to pack them — intentionally or not. There seems to be no standard or consistency in how they prepare their pizzas. It feels like they just throw in whatever amount they feel like — no fixed recipe, no balance.

Even when you order different varieties of paneer pizza, they all end up tasting the same. There's no distinct flavor or effort to match the name of the dish...

The home delivery is very poor. 25 min delivery promis is fake. They say u did not checked our term and condition. Today on 2 sept 2024, they spread their menu, promising either delivery in 25 min or free. But when I ordered, they said it is free upto three pizza, while it is not written on their menu. Staff is very rough. Delivery boy said, it is applicable in 2 km area. But it is also not written on menu. They will never give free any thing. Pizza was not hot. They can not find h.no. even in sector area. Cheeze quality so bad. Bread base is so hard. Nothing can be more poor than pizza wing. Don't order here. Don't buy from pizza wing. They make...
