Domino's Pizza | Dayal Singh Colony, Karnal — Restaurant in Haryana

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Domino’s outlet near Karnal bus stand. The service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed completely untrained and unaware of the menu.

During our visit today, my wife and I placed an order for a Double Cheese Margherita Pizza with a Cheese Burst base. The person at the billing counter in the evening shift — who appeared completely unprofessional and lacked even the basic understanding of the menu — handed our pizza to someone else. Then, he gave us another customer’s pizza and insisted it was ours, even though we denied it multiple times. Only after a long argument did he agree to make a new pizza.

But the issue didn’t stop there. Instead of preparing the correct order, they gave us a simple Margherita pizza again. When we pointed it out, the staff member making the pizzas responded rudely and tried to force us to take the wrong order just because we were hungry and had already waited long.

We spent ₹650, and it felt like a total waste of money. The hospitality was terrible, the behavior of the staff was rude and disrespectful, and the entire experience was the worst I’ve ever had at Domino’s.

I genuinely expect compensation for my time and money, otherwise I will have no option but to take this matter further and file a complaint in consumer court. We are not illiterate, unlike your so-called billing person, and we know our rights as customers.

Domino’s India, I hope you take this seriously and look into this outlet’s management and staff...

2020 review: I ordered farmhouse pizza and I can say it was one the worst pizza I ever had.They should really work on quality.on the other side I can say their customer support is really good.they immediately looked into that issue after they received feedback.

June 2022 review: AC not working properly and pizza quality is getting worst and please check your bill properly.They just add 3rupees of sachet without even asking.

When i asked, what is this amount, they returned 3 ketchup sachet to me.

Today we visit this branch, really worst experience, the employees do not have Etiquette how to serve their customer even though they show attitude, the female name Jyoti served us first he sent back the emplyee who serving us after that she start taking order and while she was taking our order her coworker handed her a mobile phone to talk and she took the phone at go to the back and sent the other employee and even our order is not completed yet. Its shows that customers are not important for your employees but phone call is. Is it policy of Domino's to pick the personal phone calls first and leave the cash desk and leave the oder of customers...
