Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Haryana

I'm not happy with service, they demand extra charges to deliver meal this is so enathical, worst experience...

I have ordered pizza & tacos today after that I received a call from delivery person he told me that food is not deliver at your location you have to come outside and collect yourself then I refused to come out and told him you have accepted my order so you have to deliver at my location without any extra charges, again I received a call from delivery person he ask me to cancel my order as he didn't deliver my place and he miss bheaved with me & abusing me so that was my experience at Domino's. I also talk with branch manager his name is Sandeep to resolve this problem but he was saying cancel your order and didn't support me in the situation

If you do not deliver order a particular location please don't...

use to be a good place but recently orderer 1 large pizza (veg supreme) took 1 hour to make it was ice cold and veggies were not even cut (the bell pepper was just cut 1/4 of it size) or spread properly and it felt like they forgot the cheese, it was almost like the person who as making the pizza hated me or something like you will have to try to make it so bad. It used to be a great place. But now the service here is highly disappointing. There is no cheese in cheese burst pizza...the crust in the thin crust pizzas is burnt and they charge such a huge delivery fee and never deliver on time. I would recommend not to order form here ever. Also the contact number is mostly out of reach. Probably because they don't want to...
