Be it a distinctive Chole Bhature, Rajma-Rice, Kadhai Paneer combo from North or Dosa-Idli-Sambhar from south, Pav-Bhaji from west or Spongy Rasogulla from East. Be it Chat-Papri or Dahi-Bhalle or any other item in sweets or Namkeens, you just name it and get it at Haldiram’s. Haldiram’s Ambala, a restaurant cum store is located on Ambala-New Delhi highway NH-44 at Mohra in Ambala Cantt. Nice Place with awesome ambience, Neat & clean and also hygienic. Food quality as well as taste as usual as brand Haldiram’s Chains of outlets. It is not only a dine-in outlet but you can also buy Dry-fruits pack, sweets boxes, Namkeens packets, cookies, Chips, Beverages, saviors or Gift Packs. Only one thing that I personally do not like is self-service. First time it is OK. But when your hunger is at top and you are relishing your favorite dish and you want more food to fill your stomach, then you have to interrupt yourself by first take a coupon by making payment then wait for 5-10 minutes according to your order is really somewhat unpleasant. I recently had a horrible experience at Haldiram's at NDI Plaza near Ambala and I simply cannot recommend this place to anyone. My friends and I decided to go there for an early dinner, hoping to indulge in some delectable food. However, we were left bitterly disappointed.

To begin with, it was astonishing to discover that they didn't have half the items listed on their menu. One of the dishes we were eagerly looking forward to, the Amritsari chola kulcha, was unavailable. Even the classic combination of makki ki roti and saag, which is usually a staple at any Indian restaurant, was not being offered. It was disheartening to see such a lack of variety and options.

Adding to our disappointment was the unprofessional and rude behavior of the servers. They seemed to have no sense of order or etiquette as they delivered food to other tables out of turn, completely ignoring the waiting customers. Their attitude left a sour taste in our mouths, quite literally.

Furthermore, even basic items like tea and coffee were mysteriously absent. How can a restaurant not have these common beverages readily available? It was an absolute letdown and showed a clear lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Considering the limited menu, chaotic service, and the absence of staple offerings, I cannot in any way recommend Haldiram's at NDI Plaza near Ambala. Save yourself the disappointment and find another place to satisfy...
