HANGRIES PANIPAT — Restaurant in Haryana

Nice place to have a quick snackss..nice ambience...and is completly pocket friendly but there are few points that may make u feel uncomfrtable . First is the people begging at the enterance they are so sttuborn...that if u wont give them anything they would just stick to you , nd i have also seen them misbehaving with people who asked them to get aside .

There are lot of other places as well in panipat but such a begging practice is not observed at their enterance.

Other thing that really bothered me is the way to staircase and the 1st floor where the extra sitting space is available . The staff there have either dumped the waste vegetables or some waste water that is left after moping the floor it was giving such an unpleasent smell that would make you to quite uncomfortable .

Talking about the quality of the snacks it perfectly mathces to the price ...not bad ...not too good ...one can be satisfied .

Other thing i have observed here is the public is also responsible for their behaviour . You can see the tables where ppl have written on it using some sharp object . That thing is quite disappointing ,we should maintain the hygine and avoid such practises .

Talking about the service that is also at a satisfactory level . This place is well known for their pizzas but i also found their spring rolls taste good as well.

You can definatley prefer this place for some pocket friendly snacks along with good...

We had visited yesterday total 5 members (2 girls and 3 boys) in the cafe. The place appeared to be big and we reached to 1st floor. The staff was totally unprofessional. We asked for three things and he denied all of them.

We asked for match box to lit up the candles for cake cutting. Without doing any effort the staff said they don't have. AC was not effective at the end corner of the cafe. So the staff member suggested us that we need to change our place as that corner they can't do anything. And that is the best place in the cafe. For cake cutting we thought of going inside the area in one room where they had written Happy Birthday from balloons for pictures click purpose. But the staff on 1st floor was like this needs to be booked and paid for even cake cutting of 5 mins. Whereas that time around 9:30 pm the cafe was vacant and had only 3-4 guests inside.

So after the denial of all above requests we decided to come out from this beautiful place and went to another place where we had awesome food with courteous staff and great ambience.

Dear owners please keep a check on your staff. If you will have these kind of staff then you will end up loosing guests/customers. If you are not interested in making changes and you also feel the above points are irrelevant for you then please...

This restaurant serves delicious food. I had Chinese items here and a grilled sandwich. I had Manchurian with gravy and noodles. The combo was very tasty. This is one of the cost-effective places in Panipat that serves delicious food at a reasonable price than others. The place is pretty huge and it expands on length. At one side, you can see the staff prepping food items for you. You can see them making food while you are relishing. So you have your order served hot.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is a huge staff at workstation but very few at your service. So, you gotta wait for someone to come and clean your table or assist you with anything.

While the restaurant offers best taste, it somewhat fails to impress you when it comes to serving. You have to ask for things several times, only then they will come up with the required cutlery or things like that. Maybe, I went during busy hours. But still, it is unacceptable to not have a good service. If you wanna try out tasty food and can ignore the service thing then do visit this...
