McDonald's — Restaurant in Haryana

I recently visited the McDonald's in Kurukshetra, and it was quite an experience. The location itself is conveniently situated near popular spots, making it easy to drop by after exploring the area. As I entered, the ambiance was lively yet comfortable, with familiar McDonald's decor. The staff greeted me warmly, and I appreciated their efficiency during a busy lunch hour. The menu offered the usual favorites, but I was excited to see some local options as well.I ordered a Big Mac meal and a McAloo Tikki burger. The Big Mac was classic—just the right balance of flavors. The McAloo Tikki, however, was a delightful surprise; it had a nice spiciness that complemented the crispy patty perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy, just as they should be. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. Despite the rush, tables were promptly cleared, and the floors were tidy. Obviously we all know about mac and their food products, but the only reason to write this review is the pros and cons related to the place

Pros- one most popular food chain in india that ensures pocket friendly food

Hygienic - as we all know mac d prepares their food very hygienically

Location- one of the best locations in town i:e opp.new bus stand and in divine city mall

Nearby attractions- as its in a mall one will find many other outlets of food , clothing ect .

Cons- not much just parking sometimes is an issue but one can park at other nearby areas(it has other parkings nearby)

No sitting at ground floor, sitting only available at 1st floor so its an issue for elderly people and for those who can climb stairs due to some reason

As kurukshetra is a holy city so no non-veg product is available here in this branch of mac d , only veg.options available

P.s.- not only mac d but pizza hut and dominos also dont provide non - veg products as they are banned...

Certainly the food wasn't as deliciously finger licking good as per the tag line of McDonald's. The sitting area was on the first floor which was almost vacant the time we reached at around 4 P.M, while ground food is about picking up what to eat and payments. Order was made in few minutes of time. We ordered burgers, full meal and french fries. Quantity was kinda disappointment corresponding the high prices. We picked our tray ourselves i.e Self service. Also AC's didn't work and music was totally dead vibe. Overall if I could say it was fine visiting once in a while for me but I would not visit again I guess unless someone else pays for it because I don't find it worth my hard earned money.
