Absolutely terrible experience. They are cheating customers by sending a container that is nowhere close to 500ml, and then have the audacity to argue and lie when confronted. I called immediately after receiving the order, but the restaurant staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Even after showing proof, they refused to accept their mistake and kept giving lame excuses. This is a clear case of misleading customers and spoiling the reputation of Moti Mahal. I have had food from motimahal quiet a few times but that was ordered online and ordered from sarita vihar outlet. My today’s is quiet sad as i visited to have food in the outlet.
