Vatika Restaurant — Restaurant in Haryana

I recently visited Vartika Restaurant for dinner and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. We ordered the following dishes: Tomato Sorba, Red Sauce Pasta, Hara Bhara Kabab, and Tandoori Momos.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not up to expectations:

The Tomato Sorba was overly thick, with noticeable use of food coloring and an unnecessary amount of cream, which affected the taste and consistency.

The Hara Bhara Kabab also had an excessive amount of food coloring, which made the dish visually unappealing.

We requested for the Pasta to be served later, but instead, the entire order came at once. Upon asking to delay the pasta, it was taken back and reheated. However, when it was finally served, it was dry and soggy, completely losing its flavor and texture.

Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of understanding about how the dishes should be served. Bringing out all the items together, especially when we asked for the pasta later, showed a lack of coordination and attention to detail in service.

Their restaurant and staff is very rude. Especially their manager Mr.Sonu and their chef doesn't knows how to cook good food. They don't offers any discounts like many other restaurants in Delhi and NCR. Plus,when I had their veg chopsy and called them they never offered any resolution and they didn't even consider my medical condition. The staff member was told off last time but this time, he made it pathetic and rude adding more and making it more spicy with black pepper which has irritated my skin, lips and irritated my stomach. Nirmal was spoken but he never helped and just tried to suppress the matter. NO GOOD SERVICE AND THEIR STAFF IS NOT BOTHERED BEING SO SLOW...

It's a family restaurant and we visited here for a colleague's party. Ambience is good, but difficult to find parking. It's on the first floor without any elevator. We had ordered Pineapple mojito, cold coffee, paneer tikka, veg & non-veg pizza, butter paneer with Missi roti, Chilli garlic noodles, Veg Manchurian & Chicken fried rice. Food was tasty, but service was too slow. Each order took a minimum of 20-25 minutes, including drinks. Staff was courteous, but we had to call for ordering.
