Very bad experience bad attitude with customer I order large pizza the amount is 625rupess he put 2 catchup only he never put tissues also . I ask the delivery boy he say he put 2 catchup only sir . I call back pizza galleria I don’t know who pick my call manager aur what ever I ask him why u put 2 catchup . He say I don’t know sir who puttt I know it’s a small better .but without ketchup pizza is incomplete . He talk also rude next time I never order from pizza galleria . Last 5 year I continue go this cafe last time also I order fries and sandwich but the staff never order proper he use phone. The cashier also use phone I never eat anything I cancel my order . I ordered a medium golden delight with extra cheese but I got GARBAGE. The pizza was undercooked and they didn't even cut it in slices. We specifically mentioned "extra cheese" a lot of times but we got a normal pizza. This has happened before as well when they just casually swapped our order with somebody else's. And another time when they gave us a normal pizza when we asked and PAID for a "cheese burst", which was the reason we mentioned so many times that we want a "cheese burst" and told them what they did before but still we got the wrong pizza. ⭐ 1 star Absolutely disgusting experience. I found a live insect inside the wrap I ordered — yes, inside the food I was supposed to eat. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of hygiene, care, and basic food safety standards.

This isn’t just poor service — it’s a health hazard. It makes me wonder what else goes unnoticed in their kitchen. I’m honestly appalled that a place serving food to people can be this careless.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy surprises with legs in your meal. I’ll never order from here again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this place...
