Pizza Hut | Crown Plaza, Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

Wrost experience at this store. I have wasted all my money on the pizza. Pizza is ok but the staff, service, attitude of attendent was like they are on gun point to work. No smile No explanation no Knowledge. I dont know why pizza hut recruit such type of person in the store. I never will go again in this store. Actually I visited to Mall for Macdonald but my kid changed his mind and asking to eat pizza so we went in the store just for my kid. Without seeing menu we just ordered Only cheese pizza first and then we ordered two meal for one. Now They have served First our meal and forget to Serve only cheese pizza. We have continuously asking for Cheese pizza but it is served after we finished our meal. In our pizza also I informed remove red peprika Topping but he made pizza full of Red peprika. We have completely waste our money and out dinner plan. My kid pizza is also served not too hot. My kid left half of pizza. When i complained about the problem he didn't say a single word or not give any reaction.

I am not blaming pizza hut but the person working in the store should need some training of...

Ordered pizzas online got call from the store after 30 minutes that it will be 10-15 minutes late I said okay ! After 1 hour it didn’t came I called the store he said delivery boy is going After 30 minutes I again called he said must be reaching he has left it , I asked the guy Ranjeet about the 30 minutes free policy he said such policy doesn’t exist he further said will give you a 300 rupees pizza for next time for free I said dude why would I order something next from you he said okay take 300 rupees Amount item now I told him add creamy mushroom pasta he said it’s 303 rupees ? But on Pizza Hut official website it’s price is 199 ? I told him it’s 199 he said okay send me screenshot complete bad service bad attitude ranjit leave Pizza Hut run some road side pizza very very very poor and bad experience! After 3 hours still pizza not received never pre pay and order from Pizza Hut ! Worst decision ever to order from Pizza...

After eating at this place I realise what just happened to Pizza hut brand. This place has teared apart the decades long brand and goodwill of Pizza hut. I had always been very fond of this place until today! Ordered mushroom pasta and you get something like you do not even recognise. I would say a street vendor would probably serve better than what we were served. On checking with the manager, Sanjeev he was just grinning as if we had cracked some joke. To top it up People were using the place to just buy from outside, sit and eat. One little advice to Pizza Hut, If you cannot handle so many branches why not just shut down?? It will atleast stop harming your goodwill and reputation your worked hard...
