Sagar Ratna — Restaurant in Haryana

I was very disappointed with the food at Sagar Ratna. The tandoori sizzler was dry and overcooked, the soya , tandoori aaloo was missing. Also, the sizzler was tasteless, and the vegetables were wilted. The garlic ginger chilli chowmein was bland, the chowmein noodles were overcooked, and the sauce was watery and flavorless. There was no flavour of ginger, garlic or chilli.

The hot garlic dosa was the only thing that wasn't completely inedible, but it was still cold. The potato stuffing was tasteless, no salt, no chilli and no flavour was present.Neither the sambhar nor the chutney had any taste.

The service was also slow. We waited over 40 mins for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also uninviting.

I would not recommend Sagar Ratna to anyone. If you're looking for good Indian food, there are much better restaurants in Faridabad. I was very disappointed with the food at Sagar Ratna. I've been to other Sagar Ratna restaurants in the past, and the food has always been good. However, this particular restaurant was a disaster.

Excellent restaurant chain for south indian food. We have been visited no of times there. Excellent food quality & quantity. Price are little bit higher sides.but sometimes ok to pay more as we dont have option other than this in our area. I always order Rasam with aplam. Great taste specially in winters. Another thing I always order is bissibele Bhaat ( A traditional South indian Spice contained rice). One should try once. But one or three times I feel taste vary from previous order. May be cook changed. I dont know exactly but Everytime I need to instruct manager to make Authentic dish. Ambience also very nice. Staff is also nice well trained with always wearing caps gloves. There is one paan they are offering at 30 rupees but should be complementary if bill higher than some limit. Some discount scheme also need to...

Staff waiters didn't know what they are surveying, beverage are not worthy . If you are looking for food worthfull of the money in a manner of quantity and quantity as per taste then it's no good. The classic red chutney with dosa is not same as it used to be now it's some thick tasteless paste. Idli fries and the samber only these are like better in taste. If you looking for tasty north indian food better not opt for this one. Go for the one which is in Delhi or try some faridabad local north...
