The hotel has a bar n permit room at the ground floor. The first floor and second floor have rooms. The entry and reception is very cramped. The approach for the lift for the rooms also is very narrow. Rooms are also not properly cleaned, and cramped, particularly the wash room is very small. A fat man could not probably enter the washroom . The T.V. was not working, after many reminders the electrician came, he said that the cable is faulty, so it will not work. At the tea table even after many reminder spoons were provided in the room. The tissue paper was also provided after 2 reminders . The lid of the electric cable was also broken. The cupboard was also so small that they couldn't accommodate your suit on the hanger. Bed linens have cigarette burn holes. The choices for complementary breakfast are extremely limited. They just have a mayonnaise veg sandwich , Poori bhaji. Ni choice for Swaminarayan or Jain food. The menu is mainly focused on nonveg food & liquor. In general you have only one item to eat if you are Swaminarayan or Jain. In the room at the late hour even for water, you also have to ask 2-3 times. Very poor experience. Last Sunday I visited with my friends for Dinner, we thought foods quality will be good but it was disaster, We found hair in Kadhai chicken , when we complained they just said sorry , we left the food but once bill come they charged full amount in invoice, we asked for reverse this item than they said , you have ordered this so it will not reversed, we paid full amount but promised myself will never visit this place and also asked to my group of friends to avoid this place , same day we ordered Half rosted chicken and once we started food than sudden there staff come and said sorry sir by mistake we gave you full rosted, and immediately they started taking back few peace from plates , it's disgusting attitude, we paid full amount for that dish as well . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO VISIT, one more than Manager asked you are from Bihar than sudden said sorry Aise hi...

Very poor experience. They charge above than MRP for mineral water. They are actually making fool to customers by adding extra charges on water bottle. For the bottle of 20 rs. they charged rs. 29 in the bill, which was not used even. On objection their executive said, some people say about it some not. Means if you are aware and objecting for the same, they will less the charges. But what about the people who are not aware or who don't give attention against such practice. They will continue adding extra charges for them. And, if the mineral water bottle has not been opened by the customer, then such water bottle never includes in the charges at the time of billing. This practice should be stopped at the earliest, its illegal. Otherwise if the restraunt will come in target under consumer forum, they will have to pay for a...
