Shawarma Wala — Restaurant in Haryana

I went to eat a Paneer Shawarma in my car at 9:30pm. The guy sitting at the counter was extremely intimidating and initially asked me rudely to drive away and come back after 5 mins to pick my order. I was pretty clueless. After the order was ready , his team member was outside the shop and my car was literally 5 steps away. I was on a video call with my daughter and my phone was connected to bluetooth. I politely requested his team member who was already outside the shop to pass me the food. The guy at the counter started yelling at me saying that I was not even capable to walk 2 steps to pick my order. Not just that, he started speaking ill about me with his fellow client to which even his fellow client was surprised with his behaviour and condemned it. On the top, once his team member realised how irrationally he was behaving, he passed the food to me. I offered that humble team member a tip which was around 40% of the order amount. Upon noticing my gesture, that guy at the counter threatened his team member for accepting the tip and forced him to say no for the tip threatening to hit him if he accepted. This literally put me off and I left without accepting food yet paying for it. I would request the owners to please go through the entire incident through CCTV footage and take necessary actions against such Voilent people. Such insensitive and aggressive people deserve no place in hospitality industry. This incident took place on 16/10/2023 at around 9:30pm.
