I visited Shelly restaurant with my family on our way to Shimla. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Kalka railway station and has a nice ambiance. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the service was quick. The restaurant offers a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, and South Indian. We ordered a thali, paneer butter masala, butter chicken, and chowmin. The food was well-presented and tasty, but I felt that the portions were too small and the prices were too high for the quality. The thali was ₹300, the paneer butter masala was ₹250, the butter chicken was ₹280, and the chowmin was ₹200. I think the restaurant could improve its value for money by offering more quantity or reducing the prices. The hospitality and the inside decoration were the highlights of our dining experience. The restaurant has a cozy and modern decor, with comfortable seating and lighting. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. We have visited Shelly Restaurant on our back journey from Shimla to Delhi. We were having hault in Kalka Railway Station, Get out of station and It's just at a distance of 100 mtrs-150 mtrs. Now let's talk about food. The food was amazing and was up to the mark for us. We have ordered 1 dal tadka, roti and Jeera Rice. All the items was good. I would recommend you to try this restaurant. We got to the restaurant little late but they have attended us fully, At last when i ordered Jeera rice, they said we have only plane rice as we are about to close our kitchen, but surprisingly the waiter bought me Jeera rice.

As per my conversation with one of the waiter he said, its been almost 30 year this restaurant is serving delicious food to the customers.
