The German Bakers — Restaurant in Haryana

We ordered for a customised cake for anniversary function, it was supposed to be a 2 tier cake with butterscotch flavour on top and FRUIT flavour on bottom .. But on the day , after cutting the cake the whole cake was butterscotch flavoured and tasted bad !!!🤬 The cake sponge was absolutely dry There was no NO FRUIT as ordered ! Payment was made with no issues but we felt like it was a fraud Even felt bad infront of our guests at the function ! We could have chosen nik bakers or bakers lounge but we chose them over everything , and realised it’s a mistake German bakers is not a good shop for customised cakes! Really...

They have worst service for their customer yesterday we order the cake at 3:30pm and the shopkeeper said take your order at 7:00pm and when we arrived to the shop at 7:00pm to take the order that they don't have the cake and they don't even feel bad for that.If you don't have that cake in your bakery and you are not able to bring any customers order from any other bakery also,so inform the customer so that person will able to order their cake or anything from any other bakery. Because of yesterday in future I don't buy or order anything from this bakery shop because I think it is the worst shop in sector-15...
