Titli Cafe Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

On the 10/8/24 I booked the table for 8 persons by "Aman khandelwal". They setup our table on the dance floor. After ordering the food, they took more than 1/5 hours to prepare and this is only for startup. Even After this they served us cold food. While we are eating the food, manager come to us and said that sir you have to stand and change your seats because one the family members want's to dance, we refused to stand up. After this intentionally they moved the fan face from us to other customers. When I said why you moved the face of the fan they said that sorry we don't have other fan you have to arrange or you can change your seats. While I was talking about this to the manager one of the waiter took one fan from somewhere and gived to the other customer. After this they charged service tax, and offering ice cream to us. Manager's and whole team of this cafe is really ill-mannered. I suggest you to please don't go to this cafe. They are really uneducated...

We visited this restaurant recently and had an overall average experience. The food was okay, and the service was just about fine, nothing too special, especially considering we placed an order worth ₹23,000.

What disappointed us most was the attitude of the DJ and the supervisor. When we asked for a small thing like peanuts, they gave us a very small quantity, which felt disrespectful given the bill amount.

Also, when we tried to enjoy ourselves by dancing, the DJ was turned off before the expected closing time. We politely requested to play some Haryanvi songs, and were told it’s not allowed — which we respected. But when we then requested Punjabi music, the DJ refused again, saying “old Punjabi not allowed”. That felt unnecessary and rude. It honestly seemed like they were making excuses and not interested in guest satisfaction.

For the price we paid and the mood we came in with, the experience left us...

Newly opened and probably the only rooftop cafe of NIT area. We ordered thin crust pizza, dahi ke sholey, virgin mojito & cold coffee. Everything was really bad in taste, nothing impressive.
