Our visit was far from satisfactory. The hotel had an unpleasant odor throughout, and the washrooms were noticeably unclean.

The food service was especially appalling. Despite clearly ordering vegetarian clear soup for my parents, they were served chicken clear soup — an unacceptable mistake, especially for vegetarians.

I opted for the buffet, which was equally disappointing. The food was stale, and the “crispy vegetables” were drenched in oil and served cold. The grilled chicken and Amritsari fish were neither fresh nor palatable — rubbery, cold, and clearly not prepared with care.

To make matters worse, the management showed no remorse or accountability for the food mix-up or the overall poor service.

Overall, the food was inedible, and the lack of hygiene and professionalism made the experience deeply unpleasant. I would not recommend this...

What's the point of going to a restaurant if you have to go back home hungry. The order took 60 mins to reach us. I couldn't dare order more, seeing how slow everything was. Even had to cancel an order that was in process. You could see the overwhelmed faces of the staff members - a clear management problem! To top it all off, we had to separately ask every single thing - be it cutlery, salad, ice. Even billing took it's sweet 20 mins. Coming to the food, spending 2500 here felt like getting robbed because I can list at least 10 places nearby that are 50% less costly and serve 100% better food. Plus, the menu only had a handful of things, most cocktails weren't even available. P.s. - halfway through my beer, I saw a fly swimming in it—in a 4-STAR...
