Aroma & u — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

We have booked this hotel for 2 days stay in shimla on 13th and 14th april , booked by tour company cart your destination. But frankly speaking it is just good for having food as food quality is good , but for staying not recommended as we had 2 rooms in one room there was no geyser it was not working so could not use hot water and the other say water was not there. Rooms are stinging and not maintained , too small , owner looks into only restaurant part and the other facilities provided in room are not up to mark , want to keep more cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms , and owner should look into it, not only concentrate on restaurant part.The Other staff in the hotel was not knowing regarding our rooms which were book 15 days before after he spoke with our tour manager and then with his owner , they had not co...

Please guys do not make a stop here or else you may found yourself surrounded by goons type so called restaurant staff. The most unprofessional staff and owner. Waiter literally throw hot tea over my five years old son and when I complaint this to the manager and owner, they didn't even make their waiter apologize instead they gathered all their goons type people and started threatened my family. From their behaviour I observed that this was their regular kind of practice to harras tourists. This was scary and I have never seen this in my whole traveling experience. Aroma & u is a restaurant cum hotel located in the outskirts of Shimla. We stopped here for quick refreshment and breakfast. The rooms are of decent size and the view of the valley was incredible. But the place is noisy as its on the national highway.

For breakfast we had the poori sabzi, sandwich, paratha and tea. The breakfast here was decent nothing extraordinary.
