Ashiana — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Ashiana Panthaghati is located just on the left side on the main motor road of Panthaghati. It is also easily navigable via Google maps.

I have visited and ordered multiple dishes in my multiple visits to this outlet and my experience has been good. The Indian Sweets especially Rasmalai and Gulabjamun are really nice. Their chaaps especially chatpati and malai chap taste good as well. The chaats are enjoyable as well. Some of their pastries and puddings taste really good. Overall the food is good and it is a Vegetarian Food Place.

The staff is courteous and polite but a bit slow. But they are good at their work. This outlet has some seating inside and standing tables for outside food preparations.

Parking would be difficult to find, it probably has a space for one car but overall it is difficult to find a spot.

Overall it is a good food outlet in the panthaghati area. Offers a lot of variety of food options and the outlet is maintained well.

Their quality has been declining day by day , no hygiene. Doesn't check if food or items are in good condition or not . I had three instances where they gave old/dry sweets and even packed sweets with fungus . Cake quality are bad too and tastes bad like were preserved from past few days . Simply they are compromising health of their customers and have forget basic duties of providing fresh and hygiene food/bakery/sweets for their customers. They only want to sell and doesn't have any responsibility for the customers. I hope their owners will read this , please focus on the quality, Ashiana was known for sweets but the way this Panthaghati location is working, it is just putting doubts and creating bad image for what Ashiana was trusted by the users . 📍Located around every corner of Shimla Ashiana is a chain of outlets which ranges from small sweet shop to casual dining restaurants. We had visited Panthaghati branch which is Sweet shop and Bakery also had some high top seating.

🍱 Chole Bhature was served with pumpkin curry, some pickles and onion salad. Pindi chole was spicy and tangy full of flavours & Bhature was fluffy deep fried as we like it.
