BAKE & BITE SANJAULI — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Firstly a big waaaaooo. The Quality was amazing. The staff is very nice and decent. Their behaviour is lovely. Specially Mr. Arun Guleria the owner , he is a man always with a smile on his face, 5 stars for his promptness and services. Quality of cake served is delicious. I just cannot find out any complains even if I try too. Prompt services. It was a wonderful experience great variety of food and great taste as well. We had a nice time and staff was really cooperative. Will Definitely recommend to my friends and colleague...... Really they people are working as professionals, big thanks to all of them...

They packed 3 pound cake in a very small box which was not even closing and they covered the open part with cellophane sheet. They did not even pack it in carry bag. And expected customer to carry it all the way in hands.. in jam stricken road.. in rain. On confrontation they started blaming customer that you creating rukus.they did not do anything to improve situation As expected the cake got ruined till the time it reaches home. Very poor customer service. They were literally fighting. Also the quality of cake was not up to expected standards will never...
