What a pathetic experience this cafe was! Poor customer service! Poor preparation! Poor quality! Unnecessary hype! We went there and first opted for Biscoff Cheesecake which was the worst tasting cheesecake of my life! Not only taste wise but the texture was grainy and had cheese granules in it! Who doesn’t know it is supposed to be smooth? Then we talked to chef Michaël and he started telling me his career accolades and how it is his best selling cake. We then asked a mozzarella cheese and tomato sandwich from him after which he left the property with his friends and when we asked for our sandwich after waiting for 45 minutes, the staff said they didn’t know about it and no one knows about the order. We even ordered ginger honey lemon tea and it was so high on citrus that we couldn’t drink it and had one julienne of ginger. When we mentioned that to the Chef Michael, he said, he can see that the colour of the drink is light and yes I am possibly right! The staff doesn’t know the menu and nothing matches on the table yo their presentation of food on Instagram page. It simply fools you. I don’t deny his accomplishments but his cafe is a shear disappointment and being a connoisseur of food I believe a true chef is someone who knows what is getting out of his kitchen and knows how to command. But looks like Chef Michael is too busy to realise that. Even when we said this to him, he said I am not making any of it, just that the team is following my recipes- Sir, you must as well should know that if kitchen is called yours, all that comes out of it is yours to own. I wish my experience was better at such a hyped cafe but truly it was so so so much awesome at a some places (Bardhaim restaurant) in Trilokinath where the cook knew how to serve balanced a ginger...

Ambience : Confused Neo Urban Style with Overdone Furniture and Cutlery. Looks Great but Feels chaos. Food : Wood Oven Pizzas felt like Raw Dough from top and burnt from Base. 🥲 Cheese wasn’t Organic ⚠️ . Service: Even a Maggie Point knows to serve better . I mean who the hell serves Chilled Water In A Bare Tumbler 🥃 in middle of snowy mountains with pizza 🤦🏻♂️. There wasn’t even a Water bottle or Jar 😂 Chaos : Lady Owner is Welcoming 🌼. She behaves like a true passionate Person to Uplift her Café. But the Man At Cash Counter just DGAF. I told him in person about water and service and he just doesn’t Care at all. ⚠️. Two servers broke two different plates in two different locations in front of me and they both were just laughing 😂.
Music : Only 18+ English songs that even the owners understand 😂. They literally played sluttiest and vulgar songs in front of children and families. Thank god that even they don’t understand or care about that shitty choice of songs.
My 20mins at café felt like 2hours. I came up with 10 suggestions in my first 2minutes when I entered the cafe. And first of them will be a Decent “Displayed” Menu (well they have Qr Codes of 2010’s designed webpage which looks techie but a awful way to present food, means common man if this was a good idea then Starbucks And McD won’t have there Banners above Order Counters) and at least one Board...
