I recently ordered, hoping to enjoy a satisfying meal. However, my experience was far from pleasant. There were multiple issues that significantly impacted my enjoyment of the food.

Firstly, upon receiving my order, I noticed there was a distressing presence of live cockroaches in the burger packaging. This was both unappetizing and concerning, as it raised questions about the restaurant's hygiene standards. Such a discovery is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the dining experience.

Additionally, the shake that was delivered alongside my order was a disappointment. It lacked flavor and tasted bland. The chicken burger itself was a letdown. Despite its promising appearance, the taste fell flat. It's disheartening when a supposedly signature item fails to deliver on its promised taste.

Well, it took one and half hours for food to arrive. They didn't even care to tell us about the delay until I texted again after one hour. On top of it all the food was cold, after one and half hours of waiting. And the amazing person who recieved the order in a minute stopped replying when I complained. I don't care about your operational hazards, you are getting paid for it. 300+ per person to be exact. And the worst part? I asked for coke, not pepsi. Could have told me this right away. Sleeping on an empty stomach because of you guys. If you are in it for quick money then best of luck, please text me if you need more money. I am happy to donate, at least stop...

Great food and I think that's all which matters, atleast to me. The cafe is on the banks of river Beas, you can sit in the backyard, with a 🔥 and enjoy the view with a cup of amazing tea with locally sourced milk. I tried a few things and I liked all of them, The owners are very chilled and they welcome as if I came to their house as a guest, treated me and my wife like a family.
