Outside in - a beautiful, warm, friendly, breathtaking abode owned by this amazing amazing person, Aditi Negi in Manali, is a place you can so not miss.

Breathtaking - The rooms are reasonably priced, spacious and very clean. Best part about the rooms are the fact that the windows open out to breathtaking sceneries. Manali is all about picturesque sights and outside in gives you exactly that. From tall trees to snow clad mountains, you can see quite a view.

Beautiful - Aditi is just so beautiful and extremely helpful. If you don’t have an itinerary planned, worry not, it will be done for you. Whether you wanna hike, trek, travel around or just laze in the cafe, you will be taken care off as if you were home.

Warm - The staff are super warm and courteous and serve you whatever you need with a smile. The food is finger licking good! The Indian cuisine is a lot like ghar ka khana (which is the best part), but don’t be fooled, the continental is as if it were prepared by some 5 star hotel chef. All in all, prepared with a lot love that is felt in every bite.

Best part of the cafe is you can eat your food or sip on your coffee whilst either reading a book (quite a variety to choose from), enjoying the scenery in front of you or having a great conversation with Aditi. The cafe is also stacked with board games and paints to keep you entertained.

Friendly - If you are a dog lover you will love the three cuties at this place. Ethu (a German Shepard), Shira (an American pointer) and the cutest of all three Thor (a Himalayan local) are super friendly and eager to play.

Outside-In Cafe took us in and made our stay a memorable and the best trip ever. We checked in with 9 friends, stayed over 4-nights and It felt like I am home, Aditi and her team are absolutely warm & caring hosts..

One of the best thing about this place is the view! The view from the cafe & the rooms are absolutely breathtaking, it's one of the best spot in Kullu-Manali.

The food is super yummy and perfectly cooked, Just like ghar ka khana.

The energy of this place is absolutely warm and positive. My personal favorites are Aetu, Shira and Thor : they're such friendly & lovely dogs that you just can't resist spending time with them.

Aditi has kept this place very authentic and exclusive, it's unlike the other commercial places I would say, There are no words to describe it, but it will make you not want to leave the place at all.

I would highly recommend Outside-In Cafe if you looking for a nice, peaceful and quality vacay..

We had an amazing experience both at the cafe and the homestay. Homestay - The cottages have a breathtaking view of Seven Sisters, Friendship peak and Beas river. Each room can accommodate 4 people as they are each equipped with attic space and a private bathroom. Cafe - They serve simple and delicious food. Its pure Veg and Vegan options are also available. I would highly recommend you try their Pizza, Burger and salads. Also, their Hot chocolate is the best in town. One more thing - The place has a very positive vibe, thanks to the lovely Hostess - Aditi. She is a wonderful person to talk to..very humble and kind. The way this place is put together, you are likely to find a motivation in every corner. There are cushion covers, paintings, portraits with inspirational quotes.
