McDonald's — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

The food has deteriorated from the first visit to this place. Only the ambience is good but despite AC the place where we sat felt hot. The table was dirty and no one was sitting for at least 4 -5 min before us during which we were ordering. Most important the kid with us had to wait for 25 min for his dessert and we had to just wait till he finished it at the hot table. Today even their faucet was not working. Such a bad experience today...

Great Experience at McDonald's Solan!

We recently visited McDonald's in Solan and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We tried the French fries, and they were absolutely delicious—crispy, perfectly salted, and served hot! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

We were asked to give feedback for the food we didn't order. We visited the place on 12th May 2025. Order number was 2727 for which my husband had already given the feedback but the girl named Samriti asked me to give a review for another bill which was not our order to complete the target.
