Mountain View Restaurant, New Kufri — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Seriously guyz, this is the worst place you can have food while travelling on this route. As a frequent traveler on this route I had meals in this restaurant twice earlier, bust this time it was the worst experience , and I am never going to halt at this location ever again. The person on the counter, first I tried to explain him my requirement as I was with a minor with me. He won't listen. I told him "Bhaiya, sun toh lo ,and he being an adamant aas hole, kept his head down, looking into his mobile phone and kept telling me, menu main dekh lo". I had a simple request for my boy, finally he took the order and guess what , he got the wrong order. I thought of walking out of restaurant,but did not have time to halt at another location. The service : He practically threw the plate on table. The standard of food was atrocious. The plate and glasses were not cleaned properly and the salad were ,like you are throwing away what's left with you, rice were i think cooked a day prior. This is not some angry rant or something. Mountain view restaurant which is in the main highway - on the way to Kufri, serves you food that tastes great. The restaurant is spacious and the best part - the owners have started a guest house too with a great view of the garden outside from where you can see the greenery outside, terrace farming. The name of the guest house is "snowfalls home stay". The services were also fast. Not worth spending a penny ,we ordered grilled sandwich but it was plain , puri channe were tasteless- no supplements like curd or onion or pickle were provided along , masala omlet was order but plain omlette was served,

Along with this , hygiene was not maintained, the plates were not cleaned and there were insects on the table and on crockery😣🤮

After the review was posted,the lady on desk became more rude ,

The service boy was good , but the impression was the worst ,

Never visit such place , I am editing this review so must see and consider...
