Punjabi Rasoi — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

I went Punjabi Rasoi for Dinner with my family but Waiter made my experience bad, who was serving me on rooftop Worst Experience by waiter he was rushing us when he was taking the order and also when I asked him for Vegetarian Suggestions he said he is service guy and he don’t know about food. even though while I was placing order I ask him for peanut masala, So he said that you can take it Only with alcohol. Then I told him that brother what if I don't drink alcohol, will I get it or not then he said Not this time , he was so rude too towards Customer also he was confused too.

Owner needs to be trained there Service Staff about the Service Standards and they need to know the recommendations too .

Also there was plenty of cockroaches 🪳which might be because of constant Raining.

Pathetic!! Pathetic!! Pathetic!! They don't care for their customers. We asked for tea coffee, they clearly denied. However customers who were having dinner were clearly offered tea and coffee.

Also if you ask them to customize your tea (ex- only ginger tea and no elaichi) they denied saying that they have to make new tea and can't do the customization.

We also asked them if they can provide warm water for the kids, the waiter picked up a used plastic bottle from dustbin in front of us and offered us to provide water in that. I got the shock of my life, what kind of people are running this place.

This place is simply amazing. They serve you amazing food with great quality. We ordered - one chicken biryani and one full kadhai chicken with naan. As per recommendation by Miss Sapna ( name can be incorrect as I do not remember her name ) one of the staff at the restaurant. Food quality, food taste and food quantity - everything was perfect. We had lunch here and we paid 700 rs for 4 people which is very much pocket friendly when you having non veg lunch. Thank you for serving us amazing food. Huge place. Neat and clean.
