We accidentally happened to got into this restaurant and it turned out to be my most favorite and amazing experience. The firewood pizza was way exceptional and the combination of walnut with basil leaves and boiled eggs which i was skeptical about at first turned out to be extremely amazing. People here are very hospitable and the vibe of this place is very soothing. If i would have been a resident in Manali, then this restaurant would have been my all time go to placeπŸ˜„

This is a must visit if you are in Vashisht, Manali. It's just before the Vashishth temple with great mountain view and good books to read alongwith great food. If you are lucky enough,like I was(see pictures) you will get a beautiful view. Food is lovely, view is great and staffs are very nice and friendly. Don't just sit and eat, detox yourself!

This is a must visit if you are in Vashisht, Manali. It's just before the Vashishth temple with great mountain view and good books to read alongwith great food. The Detox Cafe is one of the best places to dine near the Vashsist Temples and truly this place was a hidden gem . The place has good vibes , it is themed on the levels of detox so different floors denote different levels of detox as per the owner . The owner and group ( V Explorers ) are into arranging mountain treks and tours and as per the owner this was an experimental restaurant opened recently .

And this place deserves all the ratings out here. For the simple fact that we had the best Wood Fired Pizza of all time in any restaurant. We had ordered a Wood Fired Pizza with Basil , Mushroom , Olives , Walnut and Egg which seemed a bit odd of a combination at first but trust me the chef is a magician who made this combination work like no other. It was a 10 /10 and truly there is not a thing wrong with that Pizza. We also ordered a hot chocolate and it was okay .

Coming to the prices this place is really affordable and is super cheap in comparison to the expensive places on the Mall Road or nearby. Also the ambiance , the decoration and the choice of music is top notch . To every hungry soul tired after the trek to Jogini Falls and Vashisht Temple this is surely the pick of the restuarants.

To VExplorers and Mr Aditya Mishra a great venture and surely a long way to go . Wish you...
