Sorta Pathetic cafe, ok ok ambience. Library is fine. Some staff is rude. Although, they should not employ children studying in school (met one girl at reception who quit education after 10th to work here). Advised her to go back to school. Staff playing UNO and shouting like animals is ok here. But quietly discussing mathematics with children (due to emergency) is a cause for concern in a "Library Cafe". Youngsters quitting education to push trays is wrong, keeping aside the owner's rich Philosophy of unemployment. There are enough unemployed adults. Maybe employ them! With their big money, this cafe would do well to support & further employee's education, especially when you employ them young. We ordered enough to pay for the couple of hours stay in the esteemed place. Won't visit again. Unlike food menus with library marketing, our education charges are nil to negligible. You can donate some of the showcase books to us if you like. We will ensure children learn to read them. We work for children. Wishing...

This place is perfect by all means. The picturesque location, the peaceful ambience, the delicious food and courteous service, big smiles on the faces of the staff to name a few. We accidentally found this place while exploring a good place to fill our starving stomachs.
The owner, Swati, is a very nice lady. She has dedicated entire ground floor for students to come and study without charging anything! Also there's a plethora of books of different genres to read in a quiet place. We ordered so many items and each of them was mouthwateringly delicious.
We ate egg bhurji, paneer sandwich, chilli chicken, veg Maggie, and the tasty and juicy momos to die for. We also had plum cake which was made on the occasion of Christmas and it was too yummy.
Also the tea was just PERFECT for a person who is a true tea lover.
Special thanks to the young cooks working there. Thank you Tunna's Book Cafe for memorable experience. Hope...
Read moreThis is by far my most favourite place in the radius of 2 KM's. I love sitting in their balcony and watching snow clad mountains while listening to the sounds of the river. Their cold coffee and biryanis are out of the world. The raita is perfectly crunchy. On a cold day I enjoy sipping the ginger lemon honey tea. Their chowmein and chicken momos are pretty good. Their cappuccino and veg momos were fine. The staff is the kindest and they really listen to you. The owners are like family. This place is one of the reasons I am happy to be here in rakkar and it never fails to make me...
