Green Valley — Restaurant in Howrah

Green Valley was our favourite place to have food in our locality. But recently we went there to have a family lunch. We didn't order hard drinks because our son was with us. We were waiting for more than 45 minutes but the food wasn't served. But they were serving quickly and smoothly to the customers who were ordering drinks. Is it a crime that we didn't order drinks? When I asked for the order after waiting a long, they served the food. We used to love the taste of the food from Green Valley. But this time it was a disaster. Mixed fried rice was half cooked. In chicken do piaza they served 2 small piece solid chicken and the taste was just like road side stall chicken curry. The fish fingers were really good. We complained for the food to the waiter and told him to ask the cook. He was only smiling at my face. The ambience was also very bad. Some cheap people were sitting there using vulgar language. Overall it was a horrible experience. Next time may be we will try take away for one more time to check whether the food tasted bad that day only or their food quality is really...

Mr. Rafiquel is the best staff I have came through. Though I am a very regular customer who visits Green Valley. But honestly being a hotelier myself I would try to give a honest feedback kindly train few staffs in your organization ( Normal, Souvik ). In details: Mr. Nirmal is very arrogant staff who never gives priority to a customer satisfaction. Rudeness overloaded. Considers himself either owner or Manager. Guest interactions are very very poor. And Souvik always lack of energy in service and taking order and serving guest requests, may it be what ever time of the day it is. Located in somewhat bizarrely area,which can be a steep challenge for someone who doesn't have detailed knowledge of the neighborhood. It can be visible from the extending ramp of the second Hooghly bridge,but approaching it can be a real challenge. Apart from location,the place serves pretty ordinary food(the type you find in any commonplace restaurant within India).
