Unsure of her food preferences, I chose Rajdhani — a popular vegetarian brand that, on the surface, promised familiarity and quality. What we received was far from either. Every dish was a disappointment. The flavors were flat, the textures uninspired. We barely touched our food but paid the bill in full.
