Read moreI am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent dining experience at your Madinaguda outlet. I have been a regular visitor and have dined at this location five times in the past. However, my recent visit — the sixth time — was extremely unsatisfactory and far below the standards I have come to expect from Barbeque Nation.
The starters were not at all up to the mark in terms of taste and quality. Despite informing the waiter about this, no proper action was taken to address the issue. I also noticed a significant reduction in the variety of pastries and food stalls compared to my previous visits. This was quite surprising and disappointing.
Furthermore, the mutton in the biryani was undercooked, making it difficult to eat. Even the payasam lacked the appropriate sweetness, which again affected the overall dining experience. Simply put, everything felt below par this time.
What disturbed me the most, however, was the response I received from the receptionist when I shared my honest feedback. I was told not to give an average or poor rating during the feedback call, and was asked to say “excellent” instead — otherwise, it would affect the staff’s salaries. This kind of response is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It felt like I was being pressured to give dishonest feedback, which is completely against the principles of customer service.
I spent approximately ₹3333.74/- on this visit, and I never expected such a disappointing experience — especially not from Barbeque Nation, which I have always recommended to friends and family.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to address the issues mentioned. Customers deserve to receive value for their money and an honest, quality dining experience without being pressured into giving...
Read moreThe worst one among all the barbecue nation branches…
We were 13 family members( includes older people and small kids), reserved the time and went on a weekday (less crowded day). We were given the place to sit and then no one came to ask even for water for almost 45mins. We begged multiple times and every time they said “OH, YEA!! We are bringing it” and we waited with empty plates for another 20mins and this cycle continued. We just skipped without eating starters, butter naans and directly went for main course. This is another tragedy- everything is almost empty and we just had to eat biryani - no curries, salads. And the servers are just busy to get the barbecue items and doesn’t seem to care of any other area. Very disappointing!!
No one cared to provide us for water too. Finally we lost the patience and asked the manger if he wants us to leave or do we get the service they promise. He said he will give us the best service and went into the kitchen and everyone is just joking and laughing among themselves. We paid a bill of 10k+ and this is what we received in return.
VERY IMPORTANT- someone from the crew was mentioning other guy that everything in this branch is HALAL ( which means they literally spit on all the items they cook). After hearing this, we immediately left the place with hunger and anger.
We have been to this place for almost 3 times before and it was the best. But this time, the management of this branch was recently changed and the service went from best to pathetic.
DO NOT EAT IN THIS BRANCH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND WEALTH, because you don’t get what you expect from Barbecue...
