Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Okay...where do I start...

Please never ever take BR gift cards...

I have gone in with gift card to redeem... The guy at the store immediately told me that the coupons are not accepted because of some GST maintenance issue...(A lie) After persuading him multiple times he finally called his owner to check.(extra star is for his owner, he is knowledgable and immediately told the guy at store to accept the gift card) But now the guys at the store comes up telling gift cards are redeemable only for scoops and not on pre packed ones...(which is correct, I got the phone number of some BR team after the owner told the guy at store to give it, confirmed the same) Hence please never ever take BR gift cards. They are not worth it.

All the franchises that BR is having should provide custom care number as well...

Now let me come to why 2 stars and I cut the remaining 3... After requesting the guy at store to put some dry ice...he packed everything in some make shift plates and put them in 3paper bags...He added only one ice pack in One of those paper bag...all the icecreams melted...1143Rs wasted...

I am not sure if you take an action on this, however I would like to share the worst experience of Baskin Robbins I got on 16th July 2023. I have ordered Sundae ice cream at a store and the staff there was very inefficient in providing the Sundae experience to me. The ice cream was so bad it did not appeal to eat. And when I asked for a betterment I was denied. They don't have mermaid cup, the unicorn arrange was not at all appealing to me in any way, the toppings were less, the mermaid tail is broken it was utter dissapointment.

Previously I had good experiences at most of the stores however this store, not sure if it's a trained staff or not, were not great at delivering the experience.

I would rate a 0 star...

We had almost 8-9 flavours of icecreams and milkshakes here, which I forgot the names of.

My impression about this Miyapur Store is that it is very tiny and not much place for indoor seating, there are chairs outside, but you cannot sit out in the hot sun. During my visit, the focus is mostly given to online deliveries rather than in-house customers.

Most of the items are unavailable, especially the kids menu with cartoon characters.

The taste of Baskin Robbins is good as always, but the store space and ambience needs a lot of...
