Just Bake Miyapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the bad experience today with this shop @miyapur. The workers doesn't have knowledge on what they sell. When I asked for dry cake, they told to take 'lava cake' where I opted as per suggestion. The photo on that cake box is different from what is there inside. It shows dry cake and inside chocolate flowing like lava on the box but inside there is a cup with dark chocolate in it which is not dry. They didn't warn me that it should be consumed within 15mins. I thought it's dry since I requested them dry cake and then kept outside for 30mins in which the chocolate melted like water and then all 6 packs were wasted. When I went and asked, the worker says she didn't hear that I asked for a dry cake. Even the owner claims it's my fault that I don't know nothing about lava cake. It looks like these guys changed the product which is inside and cheating the customers. Beware. Don't buy anything here....

I don't even want to give 1 star. I ordered birthday cake with some cupcakes for my little kid who is only 4 years old. As soon as the items were delivered my kid opened the cupcake and started to eat. Little did I knew what was inside. And with sheer luck I stopped her from closing her mouth, when she was tapping me. It was a sharp tooth pick those were inserted in CUPCAKE, do you believe this they are using sharp items to grip the design without having any brain that it is for small children.

I even went ahead and asked about this to the owner... In whatsapp with the pic... Till date I did not receive an answer. Very careless and very stupid so do such things. And brainless to even not informing the adults who buy for the kids.

Imagine if it was unattended, my birthday child would have been in danger. Extremely frustrating service. I do not...

I had a bad experience with this shop. I ordered a cake for birthday which was booked online on their website. I booked the cake 2 days in advance and it was a regular flavour which is available easily without any problem. But unfortunately received a old stale cake on that day. When we ate it, it was not fresh and it was now clear that they have delivered a stale stored cake. This was a bad experience specially when you know that many people including kids will eat it, you must not deliver this kind of cake. When you are charging full amount of a fresh cake, please deliver the same. Do not cheat especially in food and beverage items as this is related to health first. Hope next time they will ensure that it won't...
