Brown Bear Bakers - Habsiguda — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Food is OK good place to sit and enjoy outside view and eat but cleaner lady is shouting at customers .she is telling customers to eat fast and leave felt like insult not only me she is shouting at every one. When I said who are u to say those words are u the owner? She is telling owner will get angry if u don't leave .if things are like this this bakery won't survive . because adjacent to this bakery there are two other bakeries Mr bakers and iyengar people will go there better treat ur customers this poorly. Even after buying food worth 350 rs words by cleaning lady is insult its not like its filled with customers and we are not causing any trouble . we sat outside bakery in chairs this woman insulted 6 customers including me who will come to this bakery again. My request to owner control ur staff no need to keep cleaning lady keep self service board people will throw plates by themselves . I think she got jealous of seeing...

I visited this place on a Saturday evening along with my daughter. We ordered a bear face cake and a red velvet cake. The cream was fresh n tasty but the cake was dry n stale as though a fresh layer of cream was applied over a stale cake. The person sitting in the counter behaved as though he never heard me/ understand me. No one wears a fast, no sanitization of the place nor is the sanitizer stand working.
