Swiss castle cakes are something to crave for!!! So soft, sooooo fresh. The store is spacious too. Vehicle parking is available which is the best part for habsiguda branch. The tarnaka branch has a problem with vehicle parking which is cumbersome. You can leisurely park your vehicle and buy the cakes. Varieties of cakes are available. A must visit place for any celebration!! Even with online orders on swiggy, they deliver the cakes so carefully without damage. Many other cake shops don't care about this, but i never had such bad experience with swiss castle.

I have orders multiple cakes on multiple occasions so have lots of experience with Swiss castle, let me share it briefly: 1. If cakes look is the only priority then go with them, they’ll make is 99% as it is (what ever design you show) 2. Taste will be pretty average (not at all worth the price they charge) 3. Worst part is their delivery for which they’ll charge extra 500/- Taste has gone down a lot over the years. I feel it isn’t worth it at such price

One of the best experiences is going straight to the bakery and ordering a cake. I told them to put less cream and less sugar on the cake so they did as I said! Much appreciated. Actually ordered 2kg and we devoured the cake within minutes, so delicious cake. And the staff was also very helpful, polite and patient to help with the TAB for the cake design.

Everything is excellent but I have a suggestion which I already mentioned during one of my visits (I. E I suggest not to provide opened packets of sauce as people might prefer it or not. If they don't like me it'd be considered food waste which I don't like and also not good for the environment, because it's an additional plastic sachet and a sachet which could go into a dustbin just like that). You should look into it because it's like throwing unused sealed packets of sauce into the dustbin.

So it's not much of a big issue to ask the customer if they need a sauce packet to consume (and not to throw). All I wanted to say is sustainability doesn't just come from eco-friendly packaging and etc it comes from conscious thoughts too.

I'm also forwarding the same to Swiss Castle official e-mail so that this doesn't happen at any of their outlets.

Last but not the least there are no words to describe the quality and service of this outlet. Simply outstanding at everything. So Please don't disappoint me by giving sauce packets to me next time and make me feel guilty for the waste I'm producing.
