Im sure the employees mean well and they are overworked, but the food here does not taste or feel the same way as the other branches. The sauces taste different, the food almost always cold even if only 10 minutes from my place. They ignored my request for no sour cream twice and never ever consider my cooking requests.. unlike the Gachibowli branch which has never disappointed me. At least not yet. All of this was from my orders with the delivery apps swiggy and zomato.

I only post with intention that someone checks the overall quality and taste from this location and improves the situation, not to point fingers at anything or anybody. I love my burrito bowls. The Manager and the staff is very responsible, and very helpful , i have been charged 10 times extra on my credit card accidentally/ maybe by purpose by the cashier (who knows) and i haven't noticed it for a few hours and then i contacted them regarding the issue about my transaction and me losing my money . They have checked through the records and have given me my required refund immediately. Thank you to the manager for saving my day , It’s people like him that remind me there are good hearted and responsible people in this world.
