Chick Blast — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Only starters ordered was good but for biriyani it is worst and "uneatable". Coming to service they charge very hight price for food which compete with 3 star hotels but they don't even have glasses and paltes available to serve. When asked for glasses they said they don't have even one glass in hotel(which restaurant doesn't have glasses) and when finally the starter has arrived we were waiting for server to place plates and serve it but after waiting 5 mins I've called him and asked about plates then he said we don't give plates for starters you need to eat only with toothpicks. And there is no service to table, it is self service. When I've insisted to get plates the server says we only give plates with biriyani and there is no service to table you should take self service but as you are with family and ladies I've brought the food. I said that it is okay if you not serve or bring the food. I would've brought it my self but which restaurant doesn't offers plates and glasses?? Then I got very imapatient and said to make all the food parcel so we can atleast go home and eat in plates. why would we spend that kind of money(literally 800/- for a starter and biriyani) and get a self service and no plates no glasses. Even a small irani cafe would give you plates and glasses when you sit in a table!!

I don't even know how they are running their restaurant with these kind of functionality. I would give a negative rating but there is no negative star so need to give 1 star. Very disappointed with the service...

Wonderful place to chill out with excellent ambience, vide variety of chicken delicacies, ranging from western style to local "Biryani"... enthralled with the delicacy served in the form of Hyderabadi aromatic biryani...Menu is extensive and are of highest standards. Highly recommended to have the taste of Chick Blast...!! fine dining. Rates are quite reasonable considering the quality of delicacy and the ambience... No worries for parking... Surely a worth taking a "go" at it... Surely U will carry the best of moments spent out...
