Pizza Hut | Chintal Road, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The food and restaurant was only gud by Pizza Hut.The behaviour with customer is not at all gud it’s a new branch it must attract the customer not disappointing them. And please make the person talk to the guest who knows the menu and it’s accompaniment and how many members it can be suitable.The person there is asking me questions I went to have food not answer the questions. The employees should be communicating with pleasing manner not with friendly manner. I was telling what the meal for 2 consists of and the person doesn’t have any knowledge about it. It was a new branch but these are minimum necessaries u have to take care. In Kompally branch there is table service with crockery and cutlery. Had a terrible experience. Had to since it was late night. Around 10:30 pm. Place was filthy and stinking. No one to clean the tables. If anyone had to use the place they were cleaning themselves. Food was below average. Didn't expect this from Pizza Hut. Not able to live upto the brand name. Was shocked to see the lady who made pizza come and clean after they were left lying there for more than half an hour. If the outside was like this I can't even imagine how and what is was like inside. Maybe they are serving rotten meat. God save us. Even if I starve next time I'll never ever go back to Pizza Hut Chintal branch. If they can't maintain the place neatly let them...

You need to increase the staff, as i entered the pizza hut. Manager said it will take 30 to get the meal ready, even the customers are very minimal like i see only 1 or 2 customer s, very poor service.. need to increase the staff and service

Again today 22nd dec , very disappointed service, staff is not even serving in plate, they are directly giving pan , and i a have ordered onion pizza, onions are over cooked, and even seasons are not served on table till i ask .. very disappointed service.. i am not going to visit again ....

Very irresponsible service, food should prepare and serve with passion , not with force..

Other pizza hut center are 101% better...
