Read moreIf it wasn't for their good customer service, I would have rated 0 stars. Their customer service is decent, that's why 1 star makes sense for this case. I remember coming here yesterday, and I ordered some sort of chocolate flavour ice cream (not sure what exactly was the name of the flavour), and I asked them if this specific flavour, which I wanted to eat, had any sort of nuts. This is because I am allergic to all types of tree nuts, except Almonds and Peanuts. They said no nuts were in the flavour which I chose. So, knowing that they said no nuts, I decided to get the flavour and give it a try. However, some time after having that flavour, after coming back home, I started to feel extremely itchy. I was itchy all over my body (there were rashes for sure), and I also couldn't breathe properly. I HAD A BAD STOMACH ACHE TOO. I had to breathe in from my nose, which still was very challenging, cuz my lungs got swollen. But luckily now I feel better, and I cannot believe how bad their service is. They said no nuts, but there WERE!!! I DON'T WANNA COME BACK HERE, AND I DON'T WANT TO RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO IS ALLERGIC TO TREE NUTS.
Do not go here. Not a good place. Try Baskin...
Read moreI have been fond of this brand of ice cream for ages. The high quality cream feels fresh and good in the mouth but before the pandemic for a while I was disappointed with the taste and quality that I stoped going here This summer I had to try mango alphonso and the ice cream scoop was epic good The fresh alphonso fruit diced for toppings was good and the scoops of mango and vanilla just added to the pleasure on a hot summery afternoon Thanks for providing the delight yet again My all time favourite is chocolate and their willy wonka was a favourite before they reduced their quality Go for it The place is less crowded on the afternoon and the parking was available too The service was good except for the glitch when the staff served the cut fruits lying open and with no customers when I walked it was generally lying around I objected to it as fresh fruit has low shelf life and it has to be atleast kept in cold storage to extend life This place is Opp kbr park enroute to home so this ice cream street is a...
