Dinewithrobo — Restaurant in Hyderabad

1. Too awesome & tasty food, good ambience but the Waiters did not switch on the AC as it's a week day afternoon and there is no crowd. AC is switched on only near particular tables.
2. Waiter said that there are no mutton and sea food dishes, only chicken dishes are available which was very shocking. There are No Restaurant Manager and No Owner available. Only Waiters are running the Restaurant.
3. When we are paying for the Service and Food, the service provided should be awesome even if it is one customer as we are paying heavily for the food considering the Robo theme.
4. Waiter forced to give 5 Google Review rating standing beside us continuously and create Instagram Story promising to give good discount but it's only 10% which didn't make a difference. I changed this rating to give Genuine feedback.
5. Finally, Waiter did not accept Credit Card payment saying swiping machine is not working though I can see the Swipe option active on the machine though I asked the Waiter to swipe but he refused and asked to pay through Bharat Pe scanner. I paid through Phone Pe.
6. This was our 3rd visit on 13th Oct, 2022 at 2.30 PM and we are very very disappointed with the Service provided. The previous 2 visits were ok.
7. It was a Horrible and disappointing experience and we will never ever visit this Nagole Robo Restaurant again and instead go to other Robo...

This is not the Original Robo Restaurent which is available in Jublee hills, The place is good but the charges are high compared to Jublie hills Robo kitchen, this place make the show with 3 robos only one will be dummy out of 3, that provide local water bottle but charge Rs 45 and bottle manufacture itself is printed is Rs 30 which is worst part, if we ask this is restaurant price answered by waiter, found mosquitos in hall, No Manager will be available the waiters run the show in the restaurent, over priced food. Half of the menu items will not be available visited 4 times in last two months every time we need to check the alternate food only because they say that item is not available, only to show the Robo one call visit but to eat food it's not worth...
