KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Today i wished to have Kfc & i decided not to order it on zomato & swiggy, so i went to Nagole outlet at 8.10pm (Wednesday) Today, i waited for giving order for 10mins & after that i placed my order with wednesday bucket at 8.15pm, i asked the person who took my order how much time it will take, he said 15mins, i said okie & sat on chair and started waiting for the order to be delivered, after almost 30 mins (at 8.45pm) i asked the same person about my order, he said my order will be ready in another 8 minutes, again i waited till 9.05pm (20mins) & i asked again about the order & guess what it was not yet ready at that time also😓😓😓

Zomato & swiggy delivery boys were coming & taking there order and leaving but i waited for 1 hour but i didnt get my order, then i started arguing with kfc person, then he started packing my order & he didnt even pack the order correcting so many items were missing in my order that i reminded him about then he again packed all the items & i got my order at 9.20pm 😡😡😡

This outlet is having no experience people & they dont know how to give better service to people.

Dont visit nagole outlet & they will be waste your time & then they will say sorry...

I've visited a lot of KFC stores in Hyderabad. This one has to be the worst and I wonder how KFC hired such incompetent people. It felt no where close to KFC standards. The staff is absolutely negligent and will ignore you when you wish to place an order, if you call them they will act like they are busy and tell you that they will take orders after 15 minutes only. After placing the order you can take the metro and go to madhapur and come back and your order will still not be ready. The AC is not working and the summer heat makes a very bad environment to dine-in. The staff scams you by adding dips in your order without your permission and when they serve you the dips are not given so be careful people. The tables are never cleared after the customers leave so the new customers coming have no place to sit. The oil used by this branch seems to be of low quality or they are overusing the same oil which causes the food to be very oily and tastes bad compared to order outlets. I've had wonderful food and service experiences at all other KFC outlets in Hyderabad. This one is pathetic and KFC should immediately intervene and look into it as it spoils the image of a...

The service is really pathetic. The person on counter seemed negligent when i was asking him about combos as the display screens were not displaying any menu properly.. It took 25 mins for the delivery and it was not so busy.. Just 3 customers after me and 2 before me. When i confronted him, he told me I'm preparing yours now and he simply mixed all the combos I've ordered into 1 small bucket and only 1 Pepsi while I've ordered 2.. He kept the tray on one side and didn't bother to inform me that my tray is ready. When I asked him again, he told me that the tray is mine only.. I asked him is this the way you deliver a food order to a customer?? Another person apologized and handed me over the tray.. Regarding ambience, it was very noisy with awfully loud background opera music which made my ordering process further more horrible. I've visited KFC LB Nagar and Champapet many times but never faced issue like this. Hopefully, the staff will realize how they are supposed to treat...
