Domino's Pizza | Father Balaiah Nagar, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Such a poor and pathetic staff choosen by dominos , definitely spoiling the brand name . Staff allows their family members friends inside the kitchen . Manager is nowhere to seen . All the orders go misplaced . No receipt given . My order was kept for 15 minutes lying on the work station , after it got cooked . All of a sudden delivery boy keeps them in his delivery bag . When asked for the order whole staff is clueless and confused. Dining benches are not sanitised , pieces of pizza remains on all the benches . All the way came with my little son and my better half to have dinner . Disappointed and pathetic service . I would probably go to local pizzerias which are hygienic these days and with well equipped staff . Really hopeless . I am extremely sorry for the staff , they need to be trained and oriented. Waited 45 minutes for just two pizzas , which were for my surprise never cooked . Wanted to have really good time with my family , left disappointed and left with hunger and anger. Useless.

Note : The entry glass door is so weak , it will fall one day and injure some one. The hand wash basin stinks like rotten rat.

This is the worst dominos branch I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a dominos customer since a really long time. But this one oh god. I call multiple times after ordering any item and say please make it well, yet they don’t do it. They do not add cheese in a cheese burst pizza, sometimes they forget to add some or the other ingredients in the pizza. They mark it as delivered even before delivering, so that it’ll be marked as delivered in time. They take 40-50 mins to deliver 1 pizza though my house is jus 5-7 mins away from this store. God I have multiple complaints about this shitty store here in Alwal. I can talk all day about all the bad experiences I’ve gone through. I’ve given multiple chances before finally writing this review. They have to improve alot. Attached pictures as well. This is actually customised golden delight pizza which they’ve forgotten to add corn. When questioned they compensated me by sending another pizza but that one was even worst. I recently visited Domino’s and tried their Chicken Keema Pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! Dining in allowed me to enjoy the pizza fresh out of the oven, and it truly made a difference.

The crust was perfectly crispy on the edges yet soft and chewy in the middle, providing the ideal base for the flavorful toppings. The chicken keema was the star of the show—spiced to perfection, juicy, and packed with a rich, savory taste that complemented the gooey melted cheese beautifully. The balance of flavors was spot-on, with a hint of tanginess from the sauce that tied everything together.

The ambiance at Domino’s was casual and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a quick meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was served fresh and hot.

Overall, the Chicken Keema Pizza was a fantastic choice, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and satisfying pizza experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more of...
